The business success of Industroremont d.o.o. rests on the satisfaction and fulfillment of the expectations of our partners, customers, suppliers, the community in which we operate and the workers. Priority is given to customer satisfaction with the quality of our services, ensuring the availability of information about our services, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, legal and other mandatory requirements related to:
 
• performance of investment works and maintenance works in industrial plants,
• preservation of the environment, health and safety at work,
• planning and supervision of service implementation conditions,
• external communication with all stakeholders; the owner, employees, suppliers and the community in which we operate,
• encouraging the participation of employee representatives in the implementation, maintenance and development of an integrated quality management system, environmental protection, health and safety at work.
 
High quality of service will be ensured by implementing an integrated system of quality management, environmental protection, health protection and safety at work, based on the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO / IT 29001: 2020, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and SCCP: 2011
 
All employees are required to:
 
• manage and act with natural resources responsibly,
• continuously improve the effectiveness of its procedures, strictly adhering to legal and other requirements accepted by the company,
• in accordance with their responsibilities to take action to achieve the set goals,
• take care to prevent environmental pollution, endanger human health and safety.
 
The policy of the integrated management system is reflected in the following guidelines:
 
• attach great importance to good and honest relations with clients, local and state authorities and the local community,
• develop and maintain cooperative relationships with clients in order to improve quality,
• meet the deadlines for the performance of services,
• employ, educate, motivate and retain qualified employees,
• constantly improve the quality of services, monitor and adopt new less harmful technologies and rationally use energy and resources,
• permanently maintain a clean environment and prevent pollution,
• permanently implement measures / controls of health and safety at work and prevention of incidents, injuries and illnesses related to work.
