Welding
From welded joints on industrial pipelines to work on boilers, pressure equipment and steel structures, we carry out welding work for demanding industrial projects. We approach every project in line with its technical requirements, documentation and the prescribed welding procedures, with particular emphasis on the quality and reliability of the executed joints.
The strength of our welding department lies in a large number of qualified and experienced welders, together with 10 EWE/IWE welding specialists. Their expertise ensures sound preparation, coordination and supervision of welding activities and provides the technical support needed throughout even the most complex projects.
Heat treatment in welding processes
Heat treatment in welding processes covers preheating before welding and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), with the aim of reducing stresses, preventing cracks and ensuring the required properties of the material and the welded joints.
The process is carried out by electrical resistance, with the temperature precisely controlled according to the material type, wall thickness and the technical requirements of the project. The machines used allow the diagram to be monitored and printed, ensuring full process control and a documented record of the achieved heat-treatment parameters.
Steel structures
We fabricate, erect and dismantle steel structures for industrial halls, production facilities and other industrial plants. The work is carried out in accordance with the design and technical documentation, with emphasis on precision, safety and quality of execution.
Industrial pipelines
We prefabricate, install, dismantle, reconstruct and maintain industrial pipelines for power, process and other industrial plants. Our services cover the preparation and fabrication of pipeline elements and assemblies, their installation on site and the execution of work to the design and technical documentation. We work with emphasis on precision, reliability and the quality of the executed joints.
Industrial plants
We specialise in overhaul work on industrial boilers and pressure equipment. We dismantle and replace worn parts, fabricate and pre-assemble replacement segments and carry out the final assembly of components in accordance with the technical documentation. Our aim is to ensure reliable and safe operation of the equipment and to extend its service life.
