PVS Chemicals – prefabrication of industrial pipelines

As part of the PVS Chemicals project, pipeline systems were prefabricated in our production workshop according to the supplied technical documentation and project requirements.

The work covered the preparation, cutting, fitting and welding of pipeline elements made of carbon and stainless steel. Particular attention was paid to the precision of fabrication and of the welded joints.

All production stages were carried out under controlled workshop conditions with defined welding procedures and appropriate quality control. After the welding work was completed, the required visual and non-destructive testing of the welded joints was performed in accordance with the technical documentation and the applicable standards.

The finished pipeline assemblies passed final inspection before being prepared for transport and further installation at the project site.
